Over the years Ray has raced in several different race series. From being a karting champion, to winning the Ford Fiesta Series. Ray has raced competitively in front, and rear wheel drive championships.

Many of the championships raced in have been one make series, where fractions of a second mean the difference between, winning, and losing.
