Ray has worked for several racing schools such as, THE NIGEL MANSELL RACING SCHOOL, SILVERSTONE DRIVE, MOTORSPORT VISION, THE JOHNNY HERBERT EXPERIENCE.

Also over his twenty year career, he has worked for many leading motor manufacturers, such as, FERRARI, MASERATI, LOTUS, AUDI, FORD, BMW, VAUXHALL, VW.

For ten years represented Fiorano Ferrari as their Chief Instructor throughout Europe, at circuits such as MONZA, IMOLA, SILVERSTONE, BRNO, ZANDVOORT, ESTORIL, PORTIMAO, VALENCIA, CARTAGENA, BARCELONA, DIJON, SPA, NÜRBURGRING, DUBAI AND ABU DHABI.

Ray was awarded the prestigious FIORANO FERRARI INSTRUCTOR OF THE YEAR, two years running.

Since returning to the UK, Ray has concentrated on personal driver coaching. Over the last six seasons, Ray has helped nine drivers become champions.
